Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I DON’T accept returns or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following orders can’t be exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept exchanged for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items for sale
Conditions of exchanges:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items sold at discounted prices are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credit & are FINAL SALES.
Turquoise Traders Direct is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. After the package is marked as delivered, please consult USPS for further assistance. Route Shipping Insurance is optional on all orders before and at checkout that mitigates the risk of a lost or stolen package. We highly recommend this service, although lost, damaged and stolen package are extremely rare.
